Vrischikasana (scorpion pose) workshop

Come play with Adam Harel and Eddy Toyonaga this Saturday September 19th at 1:00pm in a workshop designed to create the strength and flexibility needed to make our way toward Vrischikasana or scorpion pose.

Scorpion pose is a very challenging pose and requires both strength, balance, power and a lot of determination. Eddy and Adam will guide you through the process from forearm plank, to Pincha Mayurasana and then back-bending all the way to Vrischikasana.

*All levels welcomed with modifications offered where needed. To attempt the full pose the practitioner should be able to hold handstand at the wall for 1 minute.
