Yoga Arava 2016
Tzofar, Negev, Israel
Come feel the magic of the desert November 3rd, 4th and 5th with Jacqueline Logan and Eddy Toyonaga at Yoga Arava. In this three day retreat, the concept of Abundance will thoroughly be explored.
The Universe is abundant and giving in nature. It is also the Great Spirit’s will for you to experience peace.
Abundance is having all of your needs being sufficiently met. This includes health, relationships, money, more time and vitality.
Over the course of the weekend, we will develop an Abundance Mind-Set by using ancient techniques such as meditation, pranayama (breath work), mantra(chanting) and asana (yoga poses) to dissolve blockages and to maximize the flow of abundance in our lives.
“Our greed comes from our fear that we will not have enough – whether it is money or love that we grasp. Yoga teaches us to let go of these fears and so to realize the abundance around us and within us.” ~B.K.S. Iyengar
Jackie teaches Jivamukti yoga and Eddy teaches Power Vinyasa.
Expect to build Tapas (internal heat) while being moved creatively in challenging sequences to groovy beats. Be prepared to sweat and to meet your healthy edge. All types of postures will be explored including arm balances and inversions.
Jackie and Eddy will also incorporate some Yin/Restorative yoga throughout the Yoga Arava weekend to balance out the body.
All levels welcome but beginners will be challenge.
