Join Jasmine and me for six nights in the lush Mexican jungle when winter hits hardest. Come slow everything down, breathe deeply, and reconnect to your essence in the warmth of Sayulita.

Each day we’ll move and breathe together through yoga, guided breathwork, and cold-immersion practices in the natural heat of the tropics.
During free time, guests can explore the nearby beaches, check out the town, swim in the ocean, or simply rest in the stillness of the land.

One evening, we’ll gather for a traditional Temazcal sauna ceremony, a sacred ritual for renewal and release.
